Hotel Registration Notes: 

• The average room rate varies depending on total nights stayed
• When making a reservation each guest will be asked for their credit card and the card will be charged one night’s guest room rate plus tax for each room reserved. 
• The guest must cancel 72 hours prior to their arrival date to be refunded the first night charge. If they cancel after the deadline, they will forfeit their deposit.
• The hotel block is likely to only include double occupancy rooms. There is no guarantee for any single rooms to be available.
• Check-in time is 4:00 PM and check-out time is 11:00 AM.

• ALL Chapters MUST be represented at the Conference in both Friday and Saturday’s business meetings and breakout sessions
• All new members who joined in Summer 2024, Fall 2024, and Spring 2025 are required to attend the upcoming regional conference 
• All Summer 2024, Fall 2024, and Spring 2025 Chapter Intake Coordinators/Deans of new members are required to escort their new members and attend the upcoming regional conference
